As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Mike Narrance directs, coordinates, and oversees all aspects of operations at DLI, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Mike started his career in 1991 with an air freight company, where he immersed himself in every aspect of transportation, from truck driving to the logistics of routing and loading airplanes. Transitioning to an LTL/OTR (Less Than Truckload/Over-the-Road) company, he further sharpened his leadership skills, paving the way for his eventual role at DLI, where he has been for 11 years.
