Tom Wintz is a seasoned transportation industry professional with over 43 years of experience in the field. He founded DLI in 1995 and has since served as the CEO, guiding the company to success through his strategic vision and leadership.
Tom is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he earned a degree in Marketing. While his education provided a strong foundation, much of his expertise comes from his extensive experience and growing up in the industry.
Throughout his career, Tom has been actively involved in industry and professional organizations, including his membership in the Young Presidents Organization and his tenure as a former Board member of the Minnesota Trucking Association. These affiliations have not only expanded his network but also enriched his understanding of the transportation landscape.
With decades of experience and a passion for the transportation industry, Tom continues to drive innovation and excellence at DLI, positioning the company as a leader in the field.
